Need To Make A Return?

Hopefully, you love everything you have purchased, but if something doesn’t work out, please let us know!

We stand behind the quality of our products and our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement free of charge. 

We accept returns due to customer error up to 14 days after the date of delivery. This includes an incorrect selection of size, designs, or color. 

A $5.00 USD service fee (per tee/tank) and a $7.00 - $12.00 USD service fee (per crew) will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.

We do not accept returns on discounted sales (30% or higher) or personalized items.

We will provide a return label via email but please be aware that the total amount of the refund will not include the shipping fee for the original order or the return label fee.

Once the return order is received, please allow us up to 3-5 business days to review your items and issue a refund. It will depend on your bank and payment method on how long it will take to reflect in your account. We have no control over how quickly your bank takes to reflect that money. You will receive an email confirmation that the eligible refund is being processed. 

Final sale items and all holiday items are non-refundable/non-returnable. Please check the products page to see if it is considered final sale.

All accessories, drinkware, towels and hats/headwear are non-refundable/non-returnable. Please ask us prior to purchasing if an item falls under this category.

Order Process:

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our automated production facility to ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately because of this automated process, any requests to change/cancel an order is no longer available after your order is processed.

Holiday Disclaimer:

Christmas and holiday products will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after 12/22/23. 

Valentine's Day products will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after 2/9/24.

To start this process, please email us at info@ivyandcloth.com with your order number and the item, size, and color you wish to exchange it for.

We will make you aware of the shipping fee for the new item(s), return label for the original item(s), and any price difference (if any). Once that is agreed upon and settled, you'll receive an email confirming your exchange order along with the return label.

Once the original item(s) are received at our warehouse, please allow us up to 3-5 business days to review your item(s).

New order processing takes up to 7-10 business days plus shipping time via USPS (days depend on location and time of year).
