Shipping Policy

United States Policy:

All of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality possible for our customers. We are currently running on a 7-10 business day production timeframe (this does not include shipping time).

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take 3-5 additional business days to deliver once shipped depending on the carrier.

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to our automated production facility. To ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible any requests to change/cancel an order is no longer available after your order is placed. Please be sure to review your order before placing it.

International Policy:

All of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality possible for our customers. We are currently running on a 7-10 business day production timeframe (this does not include shipping time).

International orders take 7-12 business days on average to deliver once shipped depending on customs and country.

Our shipping charge includes most duties and taxes. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of order.

  • Delays with US Postal Service, UPS or Fedex shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items
